A great OT and PT can bring a wealth of information and ideas to your child’s programming, and they can write prescriptions for equipment that can be purchased by schools using Special Education Amount funding. Your board may have these specialists on-staff, but it is more likely that you child would see them on a consultative basis through the local Child Development and Treatment Centre.
